Hello! I'm Dr. Jason Leszkowicz, currently serving as the Medical Director at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital. My journey into veterinary medicine began at the University of Cincinnati where I obtained my BS in Biology in 1999. While I ventured to go down the human medicine route, the increase in personal attention to client and pet needs lead me to veterinary medicine. It was a perfect fit for my passion to help both humans and animals.

I pursued my doctorate of veterinary medicine (DVM) at St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies, starting in 2002. My education there was briefly interrupted by Hurricane Ivan, leading to an interim term at Kansas State University. I completed my clinical year at University College Dublin, graduating with a ceremony at Radio City Music Hall in New York.

My medical expertise spans soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and orthopedic surgery, coupled with a strong interest in problem-solving across diverse cases. Every day presents new challenges and learning opportunities, allowing me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of both our animal patients and their human families.

My commitment to veterinary excellence led me to my current roles, first as Medical Director at Hopewell Animal Hospital and now at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital.

I obtained my Cat Friendly Veterinarian certificate from the American Association of Feline Practitioners. The CFV Certificate is the most advanced level of the certificate program and is intended for veterinarians. This program explores different aspects of feline medicine in order to provide a comprehensive review, as well as tips and strategies for diagnosing, treating, and managing cats.

Outside of work, I value family time, enjoy golf, and am an active member of our church community, helping with various events.

My goal is to enrich the lives of every patient and client I meet.
