East Hills Veterinary Clinic is a progressive, growing, AAHA-accredited, small animal hospital located in Loveland, Ohio. Our focus is on providing what is best for the patients we serve. Our clinic is well equipped with in house blood machines, digital x-rays, laser therapy, digital dental x-rays, ultrasound, and RVT support and we practice team medicine. No after hours or on call will be expected. Our benefit package for full- time technicians includes: a generous starting salary; full medical benefits including health, vision and dental; AFLAC insurance; Simple IRA; a generous vacation package, and yearly CE allowance. We are willing to negotiate our contract for the right individual. Salary is commiserate with experience. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, friendly and compassionate, client centered person who would assist our clients with scheduling, checking in our patients, working with our clinical staff to educate our clients and provide excellent customer service. Candidate should be a good people person and be able to communicate with compassion and empathy. Must also be friendly and love to have fun at work.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone
  • Greet clients and their friends and family when entering the clinic and provide great client experience.
  • Check-in clients using online portal
  • Able to handle client conflicts
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and schedule appointments
  • Manage client intake forms
  • Process client payments
  • Provide patient education and support to patients and their families
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Veterinary customer service or other related fields is required.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
